Sam glared, hands on her hips. "Well, crap." She backed off the front porch, craning to look up at the second story window. "How would the nation's premier team," she let her voice turn into TV-announcer voice, "of intragalactic explorers, deal with this crisis?"
Well,
Jack would be all drama queen-y for about a minute and a half and then shoot the damn thing to bits, tell Sam to fix it, and go for beer.
Sam twisted the knob again, just in case it wasn't really locked. "God damn it." she muttered. Her picks were in the basement, which was a stupid place for them to be, come to think of it.
Teal'C would just look at the lock, daring it to a battle of wills, until the fucker blinked and opened of its own accord.
She looked at the windows, then the tree.
Daniel, naturally, would talk to the door until it sagged from its hinges.
Sam shrugged, swung herself up into the tree, scooted across to the roof, and then climbed in through her own bathroom window.
"To each her own," she said, walking down to the soon-to-be-unlocked front door. "To each her own."
