Mmmmmm, chicken
One Cornish Game hen.
A handful of busted up cornbread pieces from dinner two days before.
One jar of quality mustard from the folks' care package a few weeks before.
Rinse hen, put in cast-iron skillet.
Toss cornbread pieces in mustard
Stuff into hen
Lather hen with margarine, crisco, or butter -- really lather, since you're not going to cover the hen with anything else.
Pop into 350-F oven for about an hour.
Yum!
