Captain Blood WIP

Finished the book, first draft on current fic done!

This longer Captain Blood fic (i.e., the one I started before cracking open the book at all) is about three-quarters done, and technically meets both film and book canon. I think. At the moment.

I'm going to sit on it for a day or two, as I believe there's some areas at the beginning that I'm going to want to flesh out once I've had a little time away. It started going in a direction I didn't expect and I'm not sure if I want to give both themes equal weight, or chop a bunch out and rewrite.

ETA...Friday-ish. Character study with some sex, basically, working title 'Corinthians'.
