I think she has my nose
Oct. 1st, 2003 02:47 amSo, I took some cute quiz and --
See, there are three reasons I generally bother with quizzes at all:
pretty pictures
bizarre theme (which secret sexual perversion are you? what brand of tomato are you? Y'know, that kind of thing)
OK, there's only two reasons. Oh, no wait:
Beating the test.
Or, more properly, understanding the thrust behind each question, and predicting the result before it displays.
Now, what's amusing is that even though I predicted what the result was going to be on this test, and specifically which question to answer which way in order to evoke that answer....they were still my true answers. And I actually learned something from the experience.
I'm looking at this one question and the multiple choice responses and I say to myself, 'Self, picking X will get an alpha dog result.' Of course, I knee-jerked back 'I'm not really the alpha dog type, I mean, I only take charge when no better leader presents themselves (a classic INTJ characteristic, btw)'. And, scathingly, answered back, 'and how often does that not happen?'
*ahem*
*er*
( Yes, I am an alpha dog )
