"No, it's k.d. lang," Sam corrected, absently. She was running her fingers through Daniel's hair, pretending to braid tiny strands of it, but it was really too short for such endeavors. Danny enjoyed it anyway. "Have you ever thought of growing a ponytail?" she asked.
"How the hell do you pronounce lower-case?"
That earned Jack an Eyebrow of Teal'C, but he persisted. "No, really."
"Yeah, I have, actually."
"Have what?"
Daniel turned to look at Jack. "It's all about emphasis."
"I didn't hear any difference."
"Oh, please," said Sam, leaning over Teal'C's shoulder to read for a moment. "Savage Garden isn't even on the list. Honestly, be a completist for Christ's sake." She resumed fondling Daniel's hair. "Have you, really?"
"Have you really what?"
"Thought about getting a ponytail." Daniel said, eyes shut.
"k.d. lang would look hot with a ponytail." Sam supplied, fingers wandering to massage Daniel's neck.
"Well, apparently her music turns people gay." Jack crossed his arms and wedged himself in the sofa corner, legs stretched out. Teal'C had already moved on and opened a web site involving either Elvis or aliens, he wasn't sure. Probably both.
"Not that she doesn't look hot already."
"Carter, did her music turn you gay?" Came the playful tease from the sofa.
The answer didn't come from her. "No, her music turned me gay." Daniel smiled under Sam's ministrations.
Jack blushed.
